Engineering

Khanak Solar system understands value of Engineering and Planning and hence given more prominence to it. To provide efficient performance and result of installed system, we have focused to valued added engineering for designing, installing and commissioning of solar plant. Engineering Services contains: site survey and assessment, Module Mounting structural planning, Sizing and selection of solar module, Site and shadow analysis, PV Syst report, SLD, TS marking and equipment layout, solar module selection, Balance of system, Solar Energy simulation, Engineering drawing, Testing procedure, Procurement Plan.

Procurement

We have professionally organized Procurement process. We have focused to deliver required materials in the project as per schedule. Procurement process includes: Finalization of PO and contract, Plan for supply and logistic, Quality inspection on receiving materials, Provision to deliver all ordered materials as per approved Bill of quantity, arrange required resources for the project execution

Construction

Construction phase of project involves maximum resources and real field activities. We have adopted professional system to control and monitor construction activities. Quality inspection is also done during various inspection points in the project. Construction phase includes – Installation services at site, Site supervision, Quality control, Installation check-up, Testing.

Commissioning

This is final phase of solar EPC project cycle. After completion of construction, team will conduct Commissioning at site. Commissioning phase includes, Local testing, Net meter installation, Site acceptance test and procedure, Issuance of warranty certificates and project hand over.
